RETURNS/EXCHANGES

Returns happen.  If you are unsure about your purchase, and want to return/exchange it,  give us a shout. 

Items may be returned/exchanged based on the following with no exceptions:

    • Items must be in absolutely NEW condition; unwashed, unworn, unaltered, makeup and deodorant free, smoke free, stain free, no pet hair or dirt or stains, and with original tags attached. 
    • All sale items are final.
    • Merchandise must be postmarked within 7 days of the confirmed delivery date shown on your order's tracking number and don't forget you need to insure the items, in case the delivery service misplaces them.

    • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs when returning  item/s as well as, in the event of an exchange, us shipping it back to you. 
    • You assume all return/exchange shipping costs unless we've made an oops.
    • If there is an error with your purchase, please let us know within 4 business days of having received it. While we're human and can't possibly guarantee perfection-we can guarantee, you matter to us!  
    • If your item, becomes damaged AFTER you wear it, i.e. the button falls off, the zipper busts, a ripped seam, we are not responsible for the items repair.   It's impossible for us to know, how many times you wore the item before the damage occurred and how it might have happened.  Your favorite seamstress will be happy to hear from you.  

 *In store purchases, are not eligible for return, an exchange or store credit will be issued.  Items must  be returned within 10 days of initial purchase, with original tags in new condition as described above.

  • Dana's accessories including leather items, jewelry and/or accessories. 

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

To complete your return, we require a receipt. You will find this via the email sent to you, after completion of your online purchase. If you cannot locate your  receipt, please email us at  sales@forwardboutique.com or call 509-572-7732 and we can look up your order and email it to you. *Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
