RETURN POLICY

We accept returns (on-line purchases only) within 30 days.  Items must be in new condition, with original tags. 

 *In store purchases, are not eligible for return, an exchange or store credit will be issued and items must  be  brought back with 30 days of initial purchase, with original tags in new condition.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

To complete your return, we require a receipt. You will find this via the email sent to you after completion of your online purchase. If you cannot locate your emailed receipt, please email sales@forwardboutique.com or call 509-572-7732 so we can look up your order and email you the receipt. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
